UFCW Local 1059 Golf Outing

Local 1059's annual Golf Outing will be on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. The outing will be held at Westchester Golf Course, 6300 Bent Grass Blvd., Canal Winchester. Entry will be limited to the first thirty-six foursomes. Due to the popularity of the golf outing in the past few years, you must have a minimum of two Local 1059 members per foursome. You need to be at the course by 7:30 am. The outing will have a scramble format with a shotgun start. The fee is $45 per person (this includes cart, green fees, and food).

UFCW Local 1059 is offering a chance to see the Citizens Bank 400 for only $119. The price includes tickets to the race (in turn 4), a chartered bus trip to and from the race (with stops in Marion and Toledo), and a boxed lunch with pop and water provided on the bus. Cincinnati Reds-

Local 1059 members have a chance to catch some discounted games with the Cincinnati Reds. The price of the half off tickets are: Infield Box $21(reg. $42), Field Box $17 (reg. $34), Mezzanine $11 (reg. $22), Sun/Moon Deck $11 (reg. $22), or View Level $7 (reg. $14). The dates of the discounted games are: Friday, May 30 7:10 p.m. vs. Atlanta Braves, Wednesday, June 11 7:10p.m. vs. St. Louis Cardinals, Thursday, June 19, 12:35p.m. vs. LA Dodgers, Monday, June 30 7:10 p.m. vs. Pittsburgh Pirates, Friday, July 4 1:15 p.m. vs. Washington Nationals, Sunday, July 6 1:15 p.m. vs. Washington Nationals, Sunday, July 20 1:15 p.m. vs. New York Mets, Saturday, July 26 7:10 p.m. vs. Colorado Rockies, Sunday, July 27 1:15 p.m. vs. Colorado Rockies. New York City Trip
